How long does the process take?From your initial consultation, it could take anywhere from 48-72 hours (expedited service, fee applies) to 7 business days (non-expedited service time) to receive your first draft. Depending on the editing process; additional edits may extend your turnaround time. Please call/email us if you are trying to make a specific deadline as we will always work diligently to be able to deliver your project in the time you need.

What am I expected to do/provide if I work with you?Resume writers and career coaches need information about your past work and present goals to create resumes and job search plans. Expect to spend time gathering information and thinking about what you want. Ideally, this information should be available when you initiate a conversation with a resume writer or career coach. If not, expect the process to take longer.

Will I speak with my writer?Yes! You will work directly with your resume writer to ensure we fully understand your background and current career target.

How many updates can I receive per project?Request for changes must be made within 30 days of the completion of your project (30 days from the date your first draft was sent to your email address). Any future updates after 30 days will require a $50.00 fee per update.

May I receive a refund?Due to the nature of services provided, we do not offer refunds, no exceptions. With each resume, you have options for unlimited updates/corrections till you are satisfied, within 30 days of the completion of your project. Updates include unlimited changes, ex: format, spelling, titles, grammar etc.) Request for updates must be made within 30 days of the completion of your project (30 days from the date your first draft was sent to your email address). Any future updates after will have a $50.00 update fee per update. If you do however need to place your project on hold, we are happy to do that and will never charge you any additional fees if our rates change.

Do I need an electronic copy of my resume to receive services?No, however, if you cannot send your job details by email and we must schedule an additional consultation, there will be a $50.00 fee per consultation.

What are my payment options?We currently utilize the following payment services: PayPal, Square, Venmo, CashApp, ApplePay

Do you guarantee placement?The honest answer to this question is “No.” Use of a knowledgeable resume writer/career coach should increase your chances of landing a job, but there are no guarantees.
